Altaflo produces high-performance fluoropolymer and fluoroplastic extrusions used for a variety of industries. Our fluid handling solutions are perfectly suited for aggressive applications, and for those who require the highest possible purity levels.

We always provide 100% virgin grade resins in the highest level categories within each and every material. Our product line includes PTFE, FEP, PFA, UHP PFA, PVDF, PVDF FLEX, THV, and various other engineering polymer materials.

History and mission

Based in Sparta NJ, Altaflo was established by Mary Hyde and Chris Bishop in 2006.

Mary and Chris had both previously worked for other small manufacturers which were then taken over by larger corporations. Following the takeovers they felt frustrated by the change of culture, and what they thought was a lack of focus on the customer.

As a result, at Altaflo we pride ourselves on our customer focus, building lasting relationships with each and every one.

As part of our focus, we keep a large inventory, allowing us to provide same-day shipments for most orders, ensuring the product you need is delivered to you as promptly as possible.

Thanks to the close relationships we have built with our customers, we are able to nimbly respond to requests and trends, and expand our product line in both material and size.

New developments have triggered organic growth for Altaflo, which has allowed us to expand and participate in new markets, taking our products global.

Recently Altaflo achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, officially recognizing our adherence to international industry standards.
