FAQs
Do you offer coiled configurations of your products?
Yes! All of our products are available in coiled configurations, and we are happy to manufacture them to your exact specifications. If you are interested in a coiled configuration of one of our products, take a look at our coiled hose worksheet to find out more about the ordering requirements, or alternatively, please get in touch with our sales department to discuss the specific details of your application. The team will assist you with any questions you might have about your particular specifications.
Are you able to provide surfactant cleaning services?
Yes, absolutely! We offer our exclusive ALTAPAK option for applications that require the highest purity levels. The option includes surfactant cleaning and DI rinse, as well as nitrogen purge, all of which take place with a Class 10 clean room environment. The process is typically performed on high purity PFA tubing or pipe, but it can also be performed on a range of other fluoropolymer products, depending on the case. Please get in touch with our sales department if you are interested in finding out more about the process, and whether or not it is suitable for your particular products.
What packaging options do you offer?
Our standard packaging is 25 ft, 50 ft, 100 ft, and 1000 ft. We do, however, offer longer lengths as well as custom sizes should you require them. Please note that custom lengths are available at no additional charge for coiled products, but we may require an additional charge for products on plastic reels if the length requirement is less than standard for the reel size. Please get in touch with our sales department if you would like to discuss a custom packaging option to suit the specific details of your application.
Do you have minimum order requirements?
Yes, our minimum order requirements do apply, but if you or your client needs to place an order below the minimum, we will do everything we can to assist. We understand that it is not always possible to stick to our minimum orders, particularly if you are working on a project for a client. For this reason, should you need to order below the minimum, we can accommodate you by simply adding a small ‘below minimum fee’ to your sales order.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, absolutely! We are happy to accept returns on our standard products provided they are returned in original packaging complete with all relevant labels. If you need to return a product, please do make sure that you contact us first. We will need to apply a restocking fee against credit for the returned product, provided it is in a good, resalable condition. If you need to return a product because of a fault of ours, please don’t hesitate to contact us so that we can provide a freight account number for you to use.
Are you able to provide dual containment tubing?
Yes. We stock the Alafluor dual containment tubing that provides end users with an integrated fluid flow solution for critical processes where high purity and safety are key concerns. The inner tube is made from 100 percent virgin resin and ensures the best overall performance in critical and aggressive applications. The outer tube is made from 100 percent virgin grade FEP, which means that it provides excellent clarity as well as enhanced protection against product damage and personal injury from possible leaks that may occur during chemical delivery processes. Our dual containment tubing also reduces the need for excess connections, which helps to reduce the overall cost of the system.
